Mobilizing Creativity
Creativity is a complex concept, which can not be defined easily, but dimensioned. The main-criteria are flexibility in thinking, originality, and practicability:
- Mobilizing indicates that creativity is not reserved for a determined group of people.
- Everybody has a specific capacity of creativity.
- The emphasis is again on giving opportunities to enable people to draw on their full individual potential.
- From a constructivistic point of view, creativity is the competence to open the senses for the personal experience.
- Problem-oriented learning benefits from a high degree of creativity.
- Motivation has an important role to trigger a creative process.
